How far in advance should I book my trip?

We recommend booking at least 6-9 months in advance for international trips, especially during peak seasons. For last-minute travel (within 3 months), we'll do our best to accommodate but options may be limited.

What's included in your tour packages?

All packages include accommodations, guided activities/tours mentioned in the itinerary, airport transfers, and 24/7 support. Flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are typically not included unless specified.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We work with restaurants and hotels worldwide to accommodate dietary needs. Please inform us during your consultation so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund. 60-89 days: 75% refund. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer special pricing for groups of 6 or more. Group discounts vary by destination and package, but typically range from 5-15% off per person. Contact us for a customized group quote.
